- In June, the IGC passed a resolution allowing for the remediation of M11 boats, which was announced in the Q2 newsletter and can be read in full resolution here.
- Since that time, several owners have started the process of remediating their hulls.
- The remediation proposal was built on CFD analysis, for which there is widespread support.
The International Governing Committee were grateful to receive an Open Letter from two time Etchells World Champion, John Bertrand AO, discussing his views and expressing his thanks to the M11 Technical Committee regarding the recommendations brought by the committee.
