The eight-times A Class World Champion Glenn Ashby (AUS) has recorded five wins from five races at Punta Ala. That includes four qualifiers and one finals race. Mischa Heemseirk (NED) spoiled his perfect record with a second placing to Ashby in the first of the finals, but shares top spot with Ashby after dropping that race.
Earlier in the day the Silver fleet completed their final qualifier, which was cancelled yesterday owing to a major wind shift.

Currently only overall after the four Qualifying races are published. More info tomorrow when data is updated. Great conditions for today with 160 boats finally on the water and a first class venue like Punta Ala are making these Worlds one to remember.
