Jacobs moves on so Performance Boating Sales in Sydney is hiring

As reported in mysailing last week, Performance Boating Sales founder Ron Jacobs has sold his share to co-director Lee Condell.

With the move now finalised Lee is looking for a salesperson to fill the void and get busy selling more Jeanneaus in New South Wales.

“Lee and I have worked together for twelve years as co-directors of Performance Boating Sales. The future of the company and the clients are in very capable hands,” said Jacobs. Now he returns to his former love of race and yacht management, Jacobs will offer a refreshing approach as he works closely with yacht owners and their crews to improve their overall racing performance.

Meanwhile Jeanneau Australia-wide have been experiencing a growth market, especially in its 349 model, “we have sold twelve in New South Wales alone and there have been 20 sold in Australia so far since launch,” Condell said today. “They are a different type of yacht for Jeanneau and with a really good price point,” Cruising Helmsman's test of the Jeanneau 349 appeared in last April's issue and has been linked to mysailing.com.au. The yacht has clearly hit a sweet spot for Jeanneau Australia and PBS.

Hence Lee's call to hire another salesperson.
