According to Stuart Alexander, a reliable America's Cup correspondent and sailing writer for Britain's The Independent, the luxury Louis Vuitton brand may be poised to return to the America's Cup at the World Series in Plymouth, with a possible involvement right through to the finals in Bermuda.
Alexander says the chances were increased after the withdrawal of the Italian Luna Rossa syndicate, which was backed by rival luxury brand Prada.
