Cruising Helmsman November 2009

The November issue of Cruising Helmsman is out now, featuring a packed lineup of practical stories and features.

In the practical vein, Don and Agnes Reed share their tricks and tips for sailing two up, Sharon Smallwood comes up with a step-by-step plan for making the big break and embarking on the cruising lifestyle, and Christine Muir and Keith Hunt share their recipe for “perfect patches” when your inflatable is holed.

Destinations include Albany in WA, and one of the most idyllic island paradises on planet, Wayag Island in West Papua. There is also a delightful story by Alice Hawkins, 11, about “kids and parents.”
