TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Competition entries close midnight, Thursday 4th December, 2014. Winners must be over the age of 18. Prize must be taken within Act 8 of the Extreme Sailing Series, Sydney Australia (12/12/2014 – 14/12/2014). The prize must be taken ‘as is’ and no itinerary changes or concessions can be made at the winner’s request. This prize winner will need to request their specified date and these requested dates are subject to availability and may change. Flights, transfers and accommodation are not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. This prize must be taken as offered and cannot be sold, bartered or exchanged for cash. Prize package is for a maximum of two people. In the unlikely event the prize will need to be cancelled due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the prize is forfeited. This is an adventure activity and it carries with it certain risks. We highly recommend to avoid entering into such a prize if pregnant or suffering from certain medical conditions. It is advised to seek medical advice prior to entering competition. Yaffa Publishing Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any injury to passengers or damage to property for any cause whatsoever.
