Overtaking to windward, Nathan Wilmot and the GAC Pindar crew crossed the bows of Realteam, who clipped their port rudder, leaving the Australian boat with no control.

In 15 knot winds and in front of a crowd of thousands, the Extreme 40 slowly reached tipping point… and beyond.
