TITAN introduces an improved way of installing hydraulic brake lines

TITAN Trailer Brakes introduces the new and improved way of installing hydraulic brake lines with its new alternative to the old solid steel tubing. Up to as much as three quarters of the assembly time and saving in manufacturing dollars. No special tools or tube bending and flaring equipment is needed.

Ron Heindorff, Managing Director of TITAN Trailer Brakes says, “The TITAN FlexiLine® kit offers extended life and durability that will outlast conventional steel brake tubing due to its flexibility and elimination of end fitting fatigue , more importantly it offers quick, simple and safe installation because you just make it fit where you want it to fit and the tighten all the end fittings and you are done. Simple! That's TITAN “

The flexible line is manufactured from inner flexible material with a UV stabilized outer polymer coating to give high durability and resistance to the tough environment it has to work in. TITAN FlexiLine® does not use stainless steel inner braiding as tests have shown that in some instances the sharp ends of the cut braid may penetrate the inner tube and cause leaks. FlexiLine® only uses brass ends for the tough marine environment.

TITAN Trailer Brakes also claims that the FlextiLine® meets and exceeds ADR7 requirements and passes FMVSS No 106.
