The 30th Superyacht Cup Palma sells out

The 30th edition of the Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille has officially sold out, confirming 24 entries — the largest fleet in almost two decades — with a waiting list now open.

Europe’s longest-running superyacht regatta is excited to announce that it has 24 confirmed entries, which marks a notable achievement as the event prepares for its anniversary celebrations returning to a fully occupied base at Club de Mar-Mallorca from 24–27 June.

Kate Branagh, SYC Owner and Event Director, expressed the significance of this milestone: “To celebrate both our 30th anniversary and one of our largest ever fleets is a real testament to the enduring appeal of owner-led racing over three decades. Maintaining and enhancing the strength and diversity of that fleet has long been at the heart of what we do at the Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille.”

The diversity of the 2026 fleet includes a J Class presence and a new Multihull Division, reflecting SYC’s adaptation to a changing sailing landscape with four entries already adapting to this new category.

Additionally, a class of eight YYachts will compete, as the brand participates as a Friend of the Superyacht Cup Palma Richard Mille. Founder Michael Schmidt noted, “The Superyacht Cup Palma has always held a special place for us, so we are honoured to be part of this 30th anniversary edition. This season also marks our 10th anniversary.”

Guy Standbridge, captain of Axia, highlighted the significance of this year’s fleet, stating that it is “hugely encouraging” to see the depth of participation and competitive spirit. He praised Palma for providing consistent racing conditions and a unique owner-driver dynamic that fosters a special camaraderie among competitors.

The fleet, featuring yachts from Aini and Allegra to Svea and Win Win, promises to deliver memorable racing experiences. For those interested, the entry list and the event programme for the 2026 Superyacht Cup Palma can be accessed via the provided links.
