These kits allow sailors to upgrade existing manual winches from well-known brands into smart, electric winches without replacing the entire unit.
What sets SailForce conversion kits apart is their blend of performance and safety. They include a brushless motor system with two variable speeds, allowing fast line haul-in when needed, or slow, precise trimming under load. A super-sensitive tension limiter protects your deck gear: it detects snags, jammed reefing lines, or stuck knots and shuts off instantly.
For optimal performance, the SailForce™ electric winch uses a dedicated 30V DC lithium battery (144Wh). The battery is included with the motor and charges from any 12V or 24V DC source, drawing no more than 6A during charging—so there is no extra load to the service battery.
