d’Albora Marinas launches customer lifestyle app

Australia’s largest premium marina and hospitality network d’Albora, have launched an exclusive member focused app that enhances personalised experience by allowing their members to make bookings for selected marina services and hospitality in real-time and manage their boating lifestyle across the d’Albora network.

This initiative gives d’Albora members direct personalised access to services, hospitality and benefits including booking reciprocal berthing rights across all 10 locations, selecting a time to launch their vessel from one of our four dry stack facilities, viewing our current marked -down members fuel pricing, berthing and fuel assistance, quotes for boatyard services, the latest dining, events and offers across the network and all new and used boat sales across all ten of d’Albora’s locations from the palm of your hand.

This digital focus provides d’Albora members with exceptional customer experience to manage their boating lifestyle to suit their individual needs and level of vessel management.

“Our members are highly active and engaged boating and lifestyle enthusiasts, so it was only a natural progression to open up our growing marina network and services to them in a more digital personalised manner as our members travel further across our extensive east coast network or take advantage of our full service marine and lifestyle offerings,” said Julien Pouteau, d’Albora General Manager, Customer Experience.

“The app provides intuitive functionality and comprehensive information that helps take the hassle out of d’Albora Members boating experience, whilst providing a great customer experience and a high level of service.”

d’Albora members can download the App today from the Apple App Store or Google Play and enhance their boating lifestyle and enjoy wherever their journey takes them.
