Cruising yacht and trawler collide near Yamba

A report has been received from NSW Maritime that a cruising yacht and a fishing trawler collided at 6.10am nine miles north of Yamba. No injuries have been reported but both vessels are believed to be damaged. Maritime QLD is investigating the incident and will be paying particular attention to whether a proper lookout was being maintained on both boats.
