Superyacht Australia is set to return the Australian Superyacht Conference in 2026 at a new location in Sydney and with a refreshed format focusing on the industry. Previously held on the Gold Coast in May prior to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, the event will now follow the inaugural Sydney Charter Show, marking an exciting week for Australia’s superyacht sector.
The Sydney Charter Show, scheduled for 22 and 23 February at Jones Bay Superyacht Marina, will showcase the charter potential in Australia and the South Pacific. Following this, the Superyacht Conference on 24 February will facilitate deeper discussions on the sector’s future.
This year’s conference will bring together key industry participants such as captains, family office representatives, brokers, and tourism bodies, tackling vital topics including charter legislation, importation rules, taxation, maritime labour issues, crew recruitment and training, flag registration, classification, and vessel migration patterns.
