Back in the December issue of Cruising Helmsman was a report on a company doing great things in New South Wales trying to reduce the landfill finale of most fibreglass yachts.
Husband and wife team Bianca and Brent at Broken Bay Barges detailed the methods they use to try and find homes for various reusable bits and pieces off yachts they are contracted to get rid of. It was a great story.

Given the massive increase in boat sales around the world during the last year, this is an area of concern certain to grow.
