The Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award, the world’s premier photography competition dedicated to sailing, has announced its international jury for the 2026 edition. This distinguished panel includes Martina Orsini, Marzio Perrelli, Anna Schroeder, Mark Henley, Victoria Low, Kurt Arrigo, and Natalie Fortier, who will evaluate the finest sailing photographs captured over the past year.
Now in its 17th year, the award invites top marine photographers to showcase the beauty and excitement of yacht racing. The winners will be revealed during a public prize-giving ceremony at the Yacht Racing Forum in Amsterdam on 20 November.
The jury members are:
– Martina Orsini (ITA) – Professional photographer, winner of the Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award 2025
– Marzio Perrelli (ITA) – CEO, The America’s Cup
– Anna Schroeder (GER) – Marketing Director, Pantaenius Group
– Mark Henley (GBR) – Professional photographer
– Victoria Low (GBR) – CEO, The Magenta Project
– Kurt Arrigo (MLT) – Professional photographer
– Natalie Fortier (USA) – Global Communications, SailGP
This year’s competition remains open to professional photographers worldwide. Eligible images must be taken between 13 October 2025 and 12 October 2026, with submissions accepted until 12 October 2026 at 23:59 CEST (UTC+2).
After the jury’s deliberation, the 80 shortlisted photographs will be published on the event website on 20 October, coinciding with the commencement of public voting for the Public Award, which will close on 14 November. The top 20 images, as selected by the jury, will be displayed at the Metstrade Theatre in Amsterdam from 17 to 19 November, culminating in the announcement of the winners during the Yacht Racing Forum.
Two awards will be presented:
1. **Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award** – awarded by the jury:
– 1st place: €1,500
– 2nd place: €750
– 3rd place: €250
2. **Public Award** – determined by online voting:
– Winner: €500
