Full day of racing as final series gets underway at ILCA 4 Youth Worlds

After several days of strong winds and disrupted racing, conditions were milder on Aarhus Bay as the Final Series got underway at the 2026 ILCA 4 Youth World Championships. Three races were scheduled for each fleet on Saturday, and all three were completed, with wind shifting between south and southwest, varying between 5-12 knots.

Despite the milder conditions, the racing was far from straightforward. Going into the final day, Leo Gosling from Switzerland leads the boys’ fleet and Eleni Triantou from Greece leads the girls. Top Aussie is Ruby Carter, currently sitting 10th.
