The 2026 RORC Transatlantic Race launched smoothly from Marina Lanzarote on January 11, with perfect sailing conditions marking the beginning of the twelfth edition of this iconic race. An international fleet of 21 yachts, ranging from 32 to 128 feet, is set to navigate the 3,000-mile journey to Antigua.
This race, co-organised by the Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC), the International Maxi Association, and the Yacht Club de France, showcases a diverse array of entries and highlights the camaraderie and competitive spirit of sailors from around the globe.
