Barz Optics, an Australian optical manufacturer, was awarded the Australian Marine and Super Yacht Industry's 'Most innovative exported product' award at the Australian Superyacht and Marine Export (ASMEX) conference, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
The Cabo was also nominated for a DAME Award at last year METS Trade show.
Barz Cabo sunglasses, with built in air cells for flotation, are fitted with a polarised, photochromic bifocal reader lens. Believed to be world first.
The polarisation gives optimum protection and glare reduction. The photochromic allows the lens to lighten to Cat2 in low light and darken to Cat3 in full sun for use in all conditions.
The lens is available in plano or fitted with +1.50, +2.00 and +2.50 bifocal readers.
Barz Optics currently export their products to 29 countries.
