SOAK sailing accessories

The SOAK Halyard Clip ensures your spinnaker will not launch itself while sailing upwind and that the halyard will not get in the way during tacks and manoeuvres. Priced at $25, the Halyard Clip is said to automatically release during a spinnaker hoist so you don’t have to remember to unclip it.

Constructed from high quality nylon with a UV inhibitor, the Halyard Clip includes a nylon attachment line and is designed to work with 5/32” (4mm) to 3/8” (9mm) halyards (dinghy to 40ft boats).

SOAK has also introduced their new Patterned Laser Clew Straps.

Made from flat polyester webbing with a  breaking strength of 1626kg, other features of the clew straps include: a safety tab to prevent accidental release; welded steel rings, Velcro brand hook and loop fastener; and colour fast dye sublimation which is said to be fade and water-resistant.
