Chris Radford CHRIS RADFORD has worked in the marine industry for 10 years in varied roles ranging from a RYA sailing instructor to a marina manager. He is currently national accounts, distributor and OEM manager for Navico, where he also looks after the B&G brand.

Jack Binder_headshot JACK BINDER, a retired Master IV, and Jude, a nurse, journeyed Africa overland before having two sons and building Banyandah in Sydney. Sailing around the world, they educated their sons to high school, and recently circumnavigated Australia in Banyandah. Ballina on the NSW North Coast is their home base.

Clipper Race - Rich Hewson
Rich Hewson Skipper RICH HEWSON – 31-year-old Rich from Hobart, Tasmania has been selected as one of ten elite skippers who will each lead a team in the Clipper 11-12 Round the World Yacht Race. Rich will the only professional sailor on board his yacht Gold Coast Australia, one of a matched fleet of stripped down 68-foot ocean racing yachts and will command a non-professional crew as they compete in the grueling 40,000 mile race around the globe.

Lisa Blair Crew Member LISA BLAIR – 27-year-old Lisa is from the Sunshine Coast and has signed up to do the full circumnavigation in the Clipper 11-12 Round the World Yacht Race. She is sales assistant in everyday life and cycled from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, a trip of 1,000 km, to raise money for charity and to take part in the race. Lisa is one of 500 crew who have decided to take up the challenge of the Clipper 11-12 Race, the crew represent all walks of life and more than 40 different nationalities.

Ben & Bridget BEN and BRIDGET - A young Sydney couple who decided to have their dessert first and sail from palma, mallorca to sydney, australia on 'Ganga' a Bavaria 43. Since their adventure began in October,they have crossed the Atlantic, cruised the caribbean, transited the panama canal, galapogas isalands and are now on the coconut milk run- island hopping though the south pacific.
