Elan Wins ‘Most Innovative Brand’ 2012 Award

Elan has been awarded the prestigious German Plus X Award for the ‘Most Innovative Brand 2012’ in the Sports Equipment category in Cologne.
 
The German Plus X Award confers awards on brands that are distinguished by their outstanding achievements in the areas of quality, design, user experience, functionality, ergonomics and environmental awareness.

Prominent brands such as Adidas, Porsche, AEG, Blackberry, Buderus, LG, Opel and Sony have taken this award in various categories in past years.

The Elan Group, established for over 60 years, is a leading producer and supplier of sports and leisure equipment in Slovenia. In its long history the company’s enterprises are devoted to the technical development of products and progressive design through an innovative approach.

Apart from the Most Innovative Brand 2012 award, the Plus X Award was also conferred on Elan for the high quality and design of its Elan Amphibio 14 skis and women's Ilumina skis.
