ATL launch new Duflex web site

ATL Composites is pleased to announce the launch of an updated  www.duflex.com.au  website specifically dedicated to our DuFLEX Composite Panels.   

The  site includes updated information on the DuFLEX Construction System including new projects, an expanded technical data section, and more comprehensive application techniques  in addition to down-loadable data sheets and an instruction video on joining the DuFLEX panels with our proprietary Z-Press.

DuFLEX Composite Panels were developed by ATL in the early 1990’s to reduce construction time and optimize structural weight in the production of lightweight composite structures in the marine, transportation, architectural and industrial markets.  Over the years, DuFLEX has become an industry standard in the marine and transportation industries, and hundreds of projects have incorporated the system, both in Australia and internationally.

Standard DuFLEX panels are available with rigid end-grain balsa, and structural linear or cross-linked foam cores, laminated with a high performance epoxy resin and reinforced with multi-axial E-glass.   While combinations of carbon skins cored with structural or non-structural foam, select grade end-grain balsa, or aramid honeycomb cores can also be manufactured for projects where superior stiffness and weight savings are critical.
