Hopefully all you keen sailors out there will be girding your loins for the marathon that is the Sydney International Boat Show.
Running from August 2 to 6 this show is already promising to be larger than last year's, which was the first back in the new exhibiton centre at Darling Harbour. While its configuration took some time to get acquainted with it did provide a much larger show. More to see and experience.
On that note we have gone to some of the yacht agencies and asked them what they will have on display in the pond this year. It is a mouth-watering selection. Plenty of new stuff.
To give you a hint we have included our boat test of the latest Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440. This has quite an interesting addition to its side decks (among lots of other things) but you will need to buy a copy to find out. Here is a quick teaser with video to get you intrigued: Jeanneau 440.
In other news this month's issue includes a multihull's trip to Tasmania's west coast; an honest appraisal of steel as a boat building material; plus all you need to know about bilge pumps.
Yep, let's get in it up to our elbows, buy yours now or subscribe here.
